Description
Cake "Cherry fantasy". This is an unusual cake combines, delicate, melting worth parfait with chunks of juicy cherries, subtle aroma of honey and cinnamon with a little sour cherry flavored jelly.

Cooking
First, let us cherry parfait: from cherries to remove bone and folded it into a small saucepan. Add cinnamon and sugar and boil on low heat for five minutes, allow to cool completely and repeat the procedure.
Honey cake: mix butter, sugar, honey, salt, soda, cinnamon, and 1 egg. Put in a water bath and heat the mixture stirring constantly until the sugar is dissolved. Add 1/3 of the flour mixture and whisk until a light foam and leave until it aside.
Beat the egg, like biscuit and added to the mixture (it should be room temperature). In the end add the remaining flour and gently stir. Get enough batter.
Baking tray lay a parchment paper. Pour the batter into the pan and spread with a thin layer. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 12-15 minutes (or until light Golden brown). the finished cake let cool and cut in 2 halves on the size of the form in which we will prepare the dessert.
Prepare cherry Jell-o. Cherry punched blender and RUB through a sieve. In a small saucepan combine the cherry puree with the sugar. Over medium heat bring mixture to a boil. Cool slightly and enter a pre-soaked and melted gelatin.
Cover the form with cling film and pour it into a jelly the future. Freeze.
Prepare the cream anglaise. Egg yolks rubbed with sugar and vanilla sugar until white. Milk bring to the boil and pour a thin stream into the egg yolks stirring constantly so the yolks don't curdle. Pour the mixture back into the pan, put on medium heat and cook stirring constantly until thick. Cool.
Whip the cream and gently mix them with the cooled egg-milk mixture.
On the bottom of the form put the first Korzh, put on top of cherry jello.
Jelly pour 2/3 of our parfaits and put them in the freezer for 30 minutes. Then get it and distribute it cherry (pre-drain it on a sieve, to stack the extra syrup.)
Then pour the remaining parfait and place on top (not pressing down) the second cake. Remove in the freezer overnight.
Ready dessert cut into chunks. Before serving, decorate the top with the remaining cherries and put the dessert in the fridge for 30-50 minutes. Bon appetit!
