Cooking
In one bowl mix all dry ingredients - the flour (not the highest grade!), starch, cocoa, cinnamon, ginger, orange zest, baking powder and brown sugar.

Turn on the oven at 180*C. In a honey-butter mass gradually fall asleep flour with spices, mix everything until smooth, fairly thick dough. Rectangular (length 26 cm) with baking paper, spread the dough and put in preheated oven.
Bake at 180*C for about 50 minutes, turn off oven and leave cake in the oven for 10-15 minutes. At this time, prepare the impregnation: mix the remaining honey with fresh orange juice and 20 ml of Arrak. Cupcake take out of the oven, evenly on all sides pour impregnation, again put into a mold and leave in her, preferably until the next day.
The cupcake is especially delicious on 2-3rd day the taste is unusual - chocolate, spicy and a bit bitter.
