Here almost all the ingredients that we need.
To the cream add the lemon juice and let stand for 10 minutes in a warm place ( instead of cream you can use buttermilk). In one bowl combine sifted flour, baking powder and cocoa and the other with melted butter, sugar and egg. Then there also add the cream. Mix well.
To dry ingredients pour the creamy mixture and stir thoroughly until a homogeneous smooth mass. Baking tray lay a parchment to draw circles on it for future pieces and using a pastry syringe put the dough. Put in a preheated 200 degree oven for 25-30 minutes (focus on your oven) until tender.
When I went to get a billet, I was expecting a little surprise... they have increased so in size that has become almost solid layer... I used a Cup and cut out circles of the desired size. This should be done quickly, while the base is still warm, or later it will begin to crumble. For the filling: marshmallow put in the dish, add a teaspoon of warm water and send it to 10-20 seconds in the microwave, so they melted and stir until smooth.
