Salad with wild rice, avocado and red fish
Another secret of the wild rice - only one spoon, and even cold, can diversify even the most simple salad and make it interesting, beautiful and extremely useful. So, a salad that meets all the principles of healthy eating. If you still have a spoon of rice (like me), and a piece of salmon and avocado - do it! If all this is not now - take a recipe on the weapons... in the right time to do it!

Ingredients

  • Avocado

    1 piece

  • Wild rice

    50 g

  • Trout

    50 g

  • Lime

    1 piece

  • Dill

    1 handful

  • Salt

Figure pre-boil according to the instructions on the package.

Fish cut into pieces. Avocado cut in half, remove the pulp, preparing thus the "pumps" from the rind. Pulp arbitrarily cut.

In a bowl, combine kokoski fish and avocado with rice. Squeeze the juice of half a lime (or lemon), salt and pepper to taste (if desired, add chopped greens) and mix gently.

Dump the mixture "boats" or put the mixture on the lettuce directly into the bowl. Optionally garnish with greens. (Those who need the sauce, add creme fraiche/ natural yoghurt /sauce Tartar or sour cream, though, in my opinion, all this is superfluous). Simple, hearty, tasty salad full of vitamins and minerals, cleanses the body and prevents skin aging - ready!
