Classic cocoa
I am convinced that to get the present and the most delicious cocoa, you have to make it from cocoa powder. It is not difficult, but, nevertheless, I want to share my recipe for perfect cocoa. PS. As many users of the website with the recipe is familiar and consider it useless, I want to clarify that the recipe is perfectly normal (as the name implies) and it is suitable for those who are not able or did not try to cook cocoa. :)

As you noticed, only three ingredients - cocoa powder, sugar and milk. The number of products I have enough for two decent portions! This time I decided to take cocoa to baked milk as a drink with him it turns out even tastier. Milk in the pack is a bit smaller (0.93 liters), it is not important). An interesting feature is that despite the fact that every time I make the same recipe, cocoa is different :)

Put the milk to heat up at the plate, meanwhile mix the cocoa powder and sugar. I always use cocoa "Gold label" factory Red October. Better not yet met. You can meet a stranger and cocoa powder of good quality, but the probability of buying low-quality is good so I take the already proven.

When the milk gets hot, add a small amount in a glass of cocoa and sugar and stir the mixture until smooth. This is a very important stage, as if to pour the cocoa with sugar directly into the saucepan, break the lumps will be very hard. The resulting "concentrate" of our future beverage pour in the hot milk and continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes, I usually bring to a boil.

Pour the cocoa in the mugs Bolshiye and enjoy its rich chocolate flavor! You can also instead of sugar add in cocoa condensed milk (so did my grandmother) - it turns out well, very tasty!
