Cooking
First make the dough. For this purpose, the yeast soluble in 150 ml of warm water with salt and sugar. Add 1 stack. sifted flour. A good mix up and leave in a warm place to rise for about an hour.

Add these products in the yeast mixture + remaining flour. Flour may be slightly more or less, it is different.
Well knead the dough. Do not be lazy, knead for 5-7 minutes: the dough is filled with oxygen, and the buns are airy, with holes. The dough is put to rise for about an hour.
While the dough rises, prepare the filling. Tomatoes wash and cut into slices thickness of about 0.5 mm
Cheese cut the same way. A small piece set aside.
Coming up the dough abenaim detached from it small pieces and form a pellet. On each tortilla put a slice of tomatoes, cheese and a pinch of hot pepper.
Rolls stacked on a greased baking sheet. Leave for 25 minutes for proofing. Smazyvaem beaten egg and bake it in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
While the rolls bake, the remaining cheese to grate, add to it a pinch of Cayenne pepper and a pinch of ground black. Mix well.
Remove the buns from the oven, sprinkle with spicy cheese.
