Eateries rolls, baked from yeast dough on beer. High, fluffy, flavorful, stuffed with tomatoes and cheese, with spicy taste of pepper - they are a great addition to the first course, a delicious snack in nature, while you are waiting for cooking kebabs. Ingredients

  • Flour

    6 cup

  • Beer

    1 cup

  • Margarine

    80 g

  • Yeast

    40 g

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Tomato

    5 piece

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Pepper Cayenne

  • Black pepper

First make the dough. For this purpose, the yeast soluble in 150 ml of warm water with salt and sugar. Add 1 stack. sifted flour. A good mix up and leave in a warm place to rise for about an hour.
