Lemon cupcakes with frosting
Very citric, extraordinarily airy, a bit wet! Very long lasting and soft! Very tasty and flavorful!!! Come on in, help yourself!!!

Ingredients

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Sugar

    275 g

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Essence

  • Orange

    1 piece

  • Glaze

    1 pack

With lemon to remove the zest.

Softened butter RUB with 200 g of sugar and vanilla.

Add one 4 eggs, beat.

Add lemon zest, a few drops of essence, baking powder and sifted flour. Mix gently. The dough will be very airy!

In the form put the paper molds (more beauty).

Spread 1/2 the dough into molds (I moved the test). Bake 25-30 minutes in a preheated 180 degree oven.

Juice the orange and lemon. Heat and add 75 g sugar. Stir. Still hot muffins often prick with a toothpick and soak well with the syrup.

Make the glaze according to the instructions. I had a lemon. If there is not a glaze you can cook for yourself: mix 2-3 tsp of hot milk with powdered sugar 3-5 tbsp and 1 tsp lemon juice.

Drizzle cupcakes with icing and decorate. Bon appetit!
