I think there is no person who wouldn't love the empanadas and did not know how to do them. Yet I dare to post the recipe for this dish to remind you how good they are.

Ingredients

  • Sugar

  • Meat

    0.5 kg

  • Spices

  • Vegetable oil

    100 ml

  • Butter

Eggs RUB with sugar and salt, add a little milk, all the flour well and knead the dough without lumps. Leave the dough for 30 minutes, then gradually add the remaining milk, stirring the dough. Pour 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil. The dough should be very liquid, a little thicker than milk, freely spread on the pan. The only way pancakes are thin and soft.

Bake pancakes in a frying pan with a thick bottom. Test pour to just cover the bottom of the pan, bake 5 minutes, turn over on other side, remove. Pan greased with vegetable oil. If the pan is good, enough oil, pour into batter, pancakes are well removable.

Meat meat is good meat: baked, boiled. You can fry the raw beef, but I like to shred the already cooked meat. Fry the onions until Golden, add ground meat, fry, add a little minced béchamel sauce, stir, bring to taste. The Bechamel sauce gives the meat juiciness, elasticity. Stuffing stacked on the prepared crepes and roll up envelope, tube, and triangle.
