Delicious appetizer of Camembert with apples caramelized onions and jamon
This exquisite, delicious snack will satisfy even the most demanding gourmets.

Ingredients

  • Soft cheese

    1 piece

  • Persimmon

    0.33 piece

  • Bow white

    0.5 piece

  • Ham

  • Honey

    1 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 tsp

  • Vinegar

    1 tsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Sundried tomatoes

    4 piece

  • Greens

  • Olive oil

    1 tsp

In a skillet in olive oil to stew till brown colour with finely chopped onions, add a teaspoon of honey or sugar. Lightly caramelize the onion, then add a teaspoon of soy sauce Kikkoman, a teaspoon of red balsamic vinegar and chilli to taste. If it's too sticky, add a little water; just a couple of minutes to add to the casserole 2 tablespoons persimmon, cut into cube, mix well.

Camembert cut into two halves. Spread each half with 1 tbsp of hot persimmon, onion, finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes; Parma ham or ham cut into triangles, roll, lay on the Camembert, sprinkle with herbs.
