Salad with smoked fish and oranges
Another bright spring salad, and taste and color. Come on in, help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Lettuce

    1 coup

  • Fish

    200 g

  • Orange

    2 piece

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Goat cheese

    70 g

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

Onion cut into half rings, cover with cold water and leave for 10 minutes, went to the bitterness. I do not consider myself to fans of onions, so after this procedure additionally marinate it in orange juice. Salad wash, dry. If you use spinach, it is also how the onions soak in water for 10 minutes.

With orange to remove the zest ( it may come in handy for the Easter cakes), cut the peel to the pulp. Remove the white partitions, we get the following slices. Cut them in half. From the remnants of the orange to squeeze some juice.

Feta cut into small cubes.

For the filling mix the orange juice, olive oil, a little wine vinegar. Add salt, but it is optional, as the cheese is quite salty, and the fish too.

Collect our salad. On a plate put the lettuce, onion, feta, oranges, and thinly sliced fish. Pour with the dressing. Bon appetit!
