Wop
Journey through old recipes. This dish belongs to the Russian cuisine. Was a wonderful recipe and for a garnish, and for a separate meal at dinner time and especially at night when people came in from the fields. Try the wonderful taste of this zapekanki!

Ingredients

  • Pasta

    2 cup

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    0.5 cup

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Cheese

    70 g

  • Bread crumbs

    1 Tbsp

Prepare all the ingredients. Attention! Sausage and peas is my addition, so I tell you how to cook a dish with filling.

To prepare and connect the filling: boil sausages and cut into slices, mix with green peas. Cheese to grate on a coarse grater and leave in a separate bowl.

Boil the pasta in salted water, drain in a colander, immediately beat 1 egg. Stir, if needed add salt. To the pasta add the stuffing and stir again. Separately mix ingredients for filling - 2 eggs and mayonnaise (sour cream).

Form grease with vegetable oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs, spread the pasta, pour on top of filling and sprinkle with cheese. Sent in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Get, when formed, juicy and delicious crust on top of macaroni.

Cut into serving pieces (here, note, submitted recipe standard form of a wop without the filling). But with the filling it looks even more appetizing!
