For orange Eggnog first, melt orange marmalade in a water bath with honey and cinnamon. Whites and yolks will beat into a soft mousse with sugar separately. Just separate the cream will beat into a soft mousse. Milk slowly pour in honey and jam sweetness, as well alternately add egg yolks, whites and cream. Last, add the liqueur. All heat stirring occasionally without boiling. This drink will give strength and help to endure the cold. Fine serve, sprinkled with orange zest and biscuits or chocolate and cinnamon.
