Salad with white beans
Delicious and healthy salad.

Ingredients

  • Beans

    1 cup

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Green onions

  • Leeks

  • Parsley

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Olive oil

Cooking

Soak the beans in water overnight. Then cook for about 45 minutes. Tomatoes and peppers finely chopped.

Add the cooled beans.

Onions (I have green and head of leeks) and parsley finely chop, add to the salad.

Salt, pepper, sprinkle with lemon and olive oil. Mix well.
