1. Wild rice (Aquatica from Mistral) wash, boil according to the instructions on the package. ____________________ ____________ Despite the fact that wild rice requires a long cooking time, it contains plenty of vitamins (A, B1, B2, B3 (PP), B5, B6, C, E, choline, vitamin K and folic acid), macro - and microelements (potassium, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, iron, manganese, copper, zinc and selenium)so it is very valuable for the diet product.
5. Now for the dressing. Mix olive oil (3 tbsp), balsamic vinegar (0,5 tbsp), a pinch of Provencal herbs and black pepper.
