Description

Liver with mushrooms and onions stewed in pineapple syrup
Really love this combination. Very quick dinner.

Ingredients

  • Liver pork

    500 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Pineapple

    1 can

  • Greens

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Sugar

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Liver cut into large strips. Sprinkle with salt and pepper - to taste.

Fry in hot oil, over high heat, 5 minutes.

Add the sliced onion. I cut up not across, as usual, and along. Sprinkle it with a little sugar to taste. Fry with the liver, 5 minutes.

Add the pineapple (I had pieces fairly large, but I don't cut them), along with the syrup. Cover with a lid and leave for 5 minutes on medium heat.

When serving, sprinkle with herbs. Serve with rice.
