Description
Caramel for children and adults. Candy I do with my kids (I have three of them), so the recipe is simple. Just be careful with the hot caramel! You can say the kids handled themselves. Have made themselves and ate it!
Ingredients

Brown sugar
4 Tbsp

1 Tbsp

Vinegar
0.5 tsp
Cooking
Prepare all the ingredients. Tins to put in the refrigerator to cooled. To cook sticks. To make candy in these molds I made up myself, just make the holes and insert the sticks.
Pour into a small saucepan with water, add sugar and vinegar. Stir and put the saucepan on the fire. Cook the caramel until until a drop of caramel will not harden in cold water (about 5 minutes).
Pour caramel into molds and put in refrigerator to congeal. Who doesn't have molds, you can make candy canes on parchment paper.
