Cut eggplant into halves and fry. I cut the eggplant lengthwise into three parts.
To prepare the walnut-garlic mixture: grind nuts (I use mills "Moulinex").
The smaller the nuts, the better.
Chop the garlic press for the garlic (a garlic press :) ), add to nuts. By the way, take the amount of garlic to taste – someone who likes less, some more.
Finely chop the cilantro, add to the nuts and garlic.
Add mayonnaise, mix it to a consistency to be easily spread on the eggplant. Mayonnaise is also take taste can increase or decrease the amount.
