Eggplant boats with walnuts and garlic
Delicious and easy to prepare dish that will delight all fans of eggplant! You can prepare a meatless version.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    7 piece

  • Walnuts

    1 cup

  • Garlic

    8 tooth

  • Cilantro

    1 coup

  • Mayonnaise

    200 ml

Cut eggplant into halves and fry. I cut the eggplant lengthwise into three parts.
