Cooking
If you have a herring, it is necessary to clean, remove the bones and cut into small pieces. I had already finished herring in wine sauce. Boil or bake the beets, peel and cut into cubes. Thoroughly wash the avocado, carefully cut into two halves, extract the bone. With a spoon, carefully extract the pulp of the avocado, being careful not to damage the skin. The pulp, finely chop, add to the beets.
Peel apples and remove core, cut into small strips, added. Salad finely tearing hands or cut into strips to be added.
Combine mayonnaise, soy sauce, lemon juice and honey, stir until smooth.
Gently mix all salad elements other than herring.
