Here are the necessary ingredients (almost all the olive oil I forgot to put...)
Prepare the stuffing: meat, cheese and nuts must be crushed. I chopped up the nuts in a mortar (not powder) and meat and cheese rubbed on a coarse grater.
Then plug it in, fill with oil and mix thoroughly. Cut pear in half, spoon gently remove the core and part of the flesh to make boats.
The mixture to stuff the pear boats.
And then decorate (whole halves of walnuts, and grated on a fine grater, zest orange)and you can invite your friends for a treat (of course, after increasing the ingredients in required quantity))))
