Now experimenting as you can, it turns out very tasty)) I Wanted something new for yourself, experiment)) Decided to make waffles for tea. I think that one of the main ingredients, after all, is buckwheat honey. It gives a certain taste as the cream and sponge cake, and it turns out very very tasty!))

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Cream

    200 g

  • Honey

    6 tsp

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    4 Tbsp

  • Soda slaked vinegar

    0.333 tsp

In a bowl, mix the egg, sugar and honey.

Add cocoa, cream and butter, stir. Then add flour and soda, mix all into a homogeneous mass, the batter should be liquid. The dough pour in the form on the bottom of which lay the parchment.
