Hampshire pudding with apples
Crispy crust, tender apples, a juicy cherry - delicious!!!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Butter

    120 g

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Jam

    4 Tbsp

  • Apple

    6 piece

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Cherry

    6 piece

The set of products (a bit, because I made 1/2 portions). Apples red was, took green.

Separate the yolks from the whites. The egg yolks in a bowl, add sugar and milk, beat with a mixer for 5 minutes.

Add softened butter, whisk until obtaining a lush mass. Add the lemon zest, and beat for another 5 minutes.

Add salt and flour, whisk for 5-7 minutes.
