Pie for tea
Remembering that in the freezer is frozen puff pastry and minced meat, decided it was time to cook the pie

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry

    1 pack

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Cabbage

    1 plug

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

1. Put the dough defrost for 2. Peel and chop the onion 3. Prepare the filling (I did before) 4. Finely chopped cabbage mash with salt and saute

1. Mix the filling (mince, onion and cabbage) a bit of cabbage left for self-filling 2. Roll out the dough, put the stuffing and close up randomly (I have braids)

1. Fluff the edges and on top of the egg and jarovoy wardrobe (to preheat)for 30 minutes at 180 degrees
