Description
This recipe taught me by my parents - especially dad loves him (probably because simple to prepare, and a good appetizer for Russian vodka). Cooking

Cucumbers also cut into small cubes.
Cucumbers and tomatoes put in a bowl, add the chopped garlic (just crushed, not pressed!), stir and leave to infuse for an hour.
