Very tasty jam!

  • Kiwi

    500 g

  • Lemon

    500 g

  • Sugar

    400 g

Lemons are cleaned from the peel

Drop them in boiling water for 5 minutes

Fall asleep sugar. Who doesn't like very sweet jam - I recommend to reduce the amount of sugar in 2 times! And put it into the bread maker. There this procedure takes 1 hour and 30 minutes. If you cook the old fashioned way, then perform steps 2 approach: bring to the boil, switch off, allow to cool. Then again on the fire and cook until tender. Readiness I check, dripping a drop of jam on a plate. If the drop is spreading - even cook, if it stands, rooted to the spot, it's ready! Of this amount, I have polucilosi a little more than 800 grams of jam!
