"Labrusca" is a salad with beans, sausage and Brussels sprouts :)
Ingredients

Beans

Sausage
2 piece

Brussels sprouts
100 g

Cooking
Beans from a can drain in a colander and drain off liquid
Boil the Brussels sprouts in boiling water for 5-7 minutes. Drain in a colander and drain off the water.
Sausage slice as you like and fry on high heat for 3-5 minutes.
To the sausage add the beans and cabbage, stir, heat on medium heat for 3 minutes, spread on plates. You can decorate the dish with fresh vegetables.
