My favorite pasta. No sugar. Suited to all those who are watching their diet, not getting down with diet, as well as people, whom because everyone is different reasons not a lot of sugar. However, people with allergies suggest in the recipe without honey. Speak for yourself, t react to it.

Our sukhofrukty in "raw" form.
Actually, such consistency should be cream - very thick.
Nuts to grind into flour (I did this in a coffee grinder), twist in a meat grinder raisins, dried apricots and dates, add the spices and all mix well. Should appear oily "juice".
Generously add bulk spices...
... and enjoy eating the finished pasta. But I would recommend a couple of days to put in the refrigerator to taste scored ;) Take the bread, brew the coffee, spread the pasta and enjoy unusual sandwiches. Or porridge instead of butter. Delicious, nutritious and healthy. ; ) The finished product is arbitrarily stored in the refrigerator (spices act as a preservative, so the shelf life cream increases), although I do not think that you have it would last too long :) Bon appetite and good mood!
