Chicken legs in jelly
This recipe was given because of the sauce. It turns out stringy and really really good! Try it! The sauce is very interesting!

Ingredients

  • The chicken legs

    8 piece

  • Marmalade

    150 g

  • Mustard

    4 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

    1 tsp

  • Cumin

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    2 tsp

To prepare the ingredients for the recipe. Marinate chicken legs in mixture of spices, adding a little vegetable oil for about three hours.

Spread legs on a greased baking sheet and roast in a well preheated oven for about 30 minutes (each has its own oven, check the time yourself), turning in that time a time.

For the sauce, melt the orange marmalade and add the mustard (add sparingly, it all depends on the severity of mustard).

Sauce serve chicken legs in a saucepan. Bon appetit!
