As told to the author of the recipe, in the original, these burgers are prepared from cod, and the combination of this fish and cottage cheese gives the body the full set of amino acids, which is especially useful for children, but can be made from other fish (I used salmon). Cheese is not felt at all, but the cake becomes lush and delicate as a soufflé.
