Starch yeast pancakes
Very tasty, tender, perforated pancakes. Nastastie, velvety. Prepared simply and quickly. Rather thin yeast pancakes, so perfect for stuffing and pancake cakes and casseroles and baking. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    5 Tbsp

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Starch

    4 Tbsp

  • Flour

    4 Tbsp

  • Yeast

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Beat eggs with sugar in the lush foam. Pour the warm milk, mix well.

Add yeast, mix well.

Pour the flour and starch, whisk to stir the batter. Leave the dough in a warm place for 40 minutes.

Coming up then mix the dough and bake pancakes on a well heated pan on both sides. Every time pan greased with a silicone brush dipped in vegetable oil.
