Cooking

step-0
To start I decided to use this recipe, which is not on the site. Rather, there is, but it is a little not so. The process of making the dough very simple. So step by step photos I did. Just mix 500 grams of butter or creamy margarine, 200 ml of light beer and 5 stack. flour. I made the dough with half the number of products. Received 5 buns that need to be put in the fridge for an hour.
step-1
While the dough is resting, cook the custard 1 liter of milk, 4 eggs, 2 tbsp. sugar and 2 tbsp flour. Heat the mixture until thick in a water bath, cool and mix with 400 g of oil. Although you can just slice the butter into pieces and stir them to dissolve in the process of warming cream. Ready cream to drain and cool. From that moment I have everything went as planned... Decided to just add a little sugar, but overdone... the Cream turned out just sugary sweet, and products to make a new, I was not. I had to somehow save the day and I decided to add in cream of cocoa, bitter taste which somehow balances out the cloying sweetness. Divided the cream into two parts. Turned out very chocolaty. And instead of vanilla, which was not, I added vanilla essence. Very unusual taste - chocolate with a slight smell of brandy ... Okay, look, maybe nothing will...
step-2
Roll out the dough as usual. Cakes good prick with a fork, especially around the edges. Bake in the oven at 180-200 degrees until Golden brown. To simplify the process to bake and roll out the crusts better on paper for baking. The finished cakes are shot very well and paper can be used multiple times.
step-3
Will begin to collect the cake.. One cake smeared with light cream.
step-4
The other dark.
step-5
Put the cake under the press.
step-6
This happened in the context of.. Chocolate cream is not very visible in the photo. But it smells delicious...
step-7
So, this was the Napoleon, which again, not Napoleon at all!!! Delicious!!! Next time, try to do everything as it should be!! If someone is interested in my "wrong version", just in half the cream, add to taste bitter cocoa powder!! Bon appetit to all!!!
