Fruit cake in haste
I wanted something sweet, but not cloying and fruity. And here is the result...

Ingredients

  • Margarine

  • Sour cream

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Flour

    2.5 cup

  • Cheese

    500 g

  • Fruit

  • Cream

    300 ml

Margarine+egg+and smetana+sugar stir until smooth, add the flour (just say the number of flour are approximate-done as always on the eyes), knead the dough. Put in the form of baskets, and I have for cake-baskets, pour on top of beans and bake in the oven at the temperature of 180° C to readiness.
