Pickled pepper
Pepper turns out hard, crunchy and very tasty!!!


  • Pepper

  • Salt

    3 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    3 Tbsp

  • Black pepper


First, sterilize jars and lids. Pepper wash, cut into quarters.
Arrange the peppers in sterile jars, fill with boiling water and allow to stand for: a half-liter jars for 5-7 minutes, liter – 10-12 minutes, three-liter – 20 minutes.
Drain the water from the cans in a pan, add salt, sugar, vinegar, pepper. Proportions are given for 3-liter cans (6 ounces). Bring to a boil, pour the pepper in banks, roll up and wrap it up to cool.
