Cooking
Raisins to sort, pour hot water, wash, drain in a colander. Skip the raisins through a Mincer. Beat the yolks with sugar, vanilla sugar and butter.
Add the flour, milk, minced raisins, baking soda, quenched with vinegar and mix thoroughly.
Beat the whites with a pinch of salt, add to the dough, mix gently.

Bake in a heated to 180 degrees oven until cooked (30 -40 minutes).
To get the cake from oven, cool.
Cut into 2 Korzh.
To prepare the cream. Whip the condensed cream with butter and vanilla sugar. To put some of the cream on one cake layer.
Cover with the second.
