Turkey roll with vegetables with spicy cottage cheese filling
Call. Did you forget that? Your husband yesterday was birthday! The evening will come to congratulate. I looked out the window. Rain. I do not want to go to the store. In the magazine "Bon appetit" find this recipe, dive in the fridge and, lo and behold! I have all the ingredients!... Roll went to "cheers" for Breakfast there was nothing left.

Pine nuts lightly fry in a pan without adding fat.

Basil wash, dry and finely chop. Dried tomatoes drain in a sieve and let the oil drain, cut into thin strips.

All of the above ingredients, mix with cottage cheese, season with salt and pepper. (I added a little garlic powder). The oven heat to 175 degrees.
