Description
If you have a lot of large cucumbers, try to cook them here's a tasty billet "Lady fingers" for the winter. The recipe is good because no need to mess with pickle, all is laid in the jar, and sterilized.

Cooking
All the ingredients are given in 5 litre cans. Large cucumbers washed, cut in half crosswise, then cut each half in half yet it lengthwise and cut into long slices-fingers.
At the bottom of each liter jars to put in 5 cloves of garlic, cut in half, 5 grains of black pepper and a slice of red bitter pepper (who doesn't like spicy, the hot pepper you can not put)
Spread along the banks of our fingers.
Top each jar pour 1.5 tbsp sugar, 2 tsp salt, add 2 tsp vinegar and 2 tbsp oil.
All banks pour cold boiled water.
Cover with lids and put the jars into the saucepan, the bottom of which lay a towel. Pour into a saucepan of cold water up to shoulders of jars.
The water in the pot bring to a boil, reduce the heat and sterilize 20-25 minutes. Then banks roll, flip and wrap.
