Cooking

step-0
I hasten to mention that I cooked a double batch of rolls. If You don't have dry milk instead of water for the dough take whole milk. I kneaded the dough as usual, using the bread machine. In the bucket of a bread machine pour warm water, add yeast and leave for 5-10 minutes.
step-1
Add the sifted flour, sugar, salt, milk, softened butter.
step-2
Place the bucket in the bread machine and include the mode of kneading.
step-3
Give the dough to increase in volume two to three times in a warm place.
step-4
Divide the dough into 8 equal parts.
step-5
Mold each piece of dough ball.
step-6
Cover the dough with film and leave to rest for 10-15 minutes.
step-7
Prepare the filling: in a bowl, combine cream cheese and orange marmalade.
step-8
Stuffing mix well.
step-9
Take one piece of dough, formed from his harness, with one end thinner than the other. When forming I use flour for podpira, as the dough is a little sticky.
step-10
Roll dough with a rolling pin (dough thickness should be about 3 mm).
step-11
On the wide edge of rolled dough put the filling and distribute it over the surface (about 2/3 part of the test).
step-12
Roll up the dough starting from the wide end until you close the stuffing.
step-13
The remaining end of the test cut with a knife into three parts, as in the photo.
step-14
Weave the three parts of the test pigtail.
step-15
Turn the roll until the end of the test so that the pigtail was on top.
step-16
Shift the procurement of dough on a greased vegetable oil a baking sheet.
step-17
Cover the baking sheet with blanks to wrap and give them increase in volume of approximately 1.5-2 times.
step-18
Brush the buns with the beaten egg.
step-19
Bake rolls in a preheated 190 degrees oven for about 18-20 minutes, until Golden brown.
step-20
Brush the buns with butter. Bon appetit!
