I hasten to mention that I cooked a double batch of rolls. If You don't have dry milk instead of water for the dough take whole milk. I kneaded the dough as usual, using the bread machine. In the bucket of a bread machine pour warm water, add yeast and leave for 5-10 minutes.
Add the sifted flour, sugar, salt, milk, softened butter.
Place the bucket in the bread machine and include the mode of kneading.
Give the dough to increase in volume two to three times in a warm place.
Divide the dough into 8 equal parts.
Mold each piece of dough ball.
Cover the dough with film and leave to rest for 10-15 minutes.
Prepare the filling: in a bowl, combine cream cheese and orange marmalade.
Take one piece of dough, formed from his harness, with one end thinner than the other. When forming I use flour for podpira, as the dough is a little sticky.
Roll dough with a rolling pin (dough thickness should be about 3 mm).
On the wide edge of rolled dough put the filling and distribute it over the surface (about 2/3 part of the test).

Weave the three parts of the test pigtail.
Turn the roll until the end of the test so that the pigtail was on top.
