Corn cake with apples and ricotta

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Corn flour

    150 g

  • Sugar

    130 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Butter

    110 g

  • Leavening agent

    10 g

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Ricotta

    125 g

  • Lemon peel

  • Lemon juice

  • Apple

    1 piece

The yolks separated from the whites. Heat the milk without bringing to the boil, add the butter and remove from heat. Mix until restuplenie oil. Let cool until barely warm.

Sift flour with baking powder. Clean and cut thin slices apples.

Whisk until smooth the yolks with the sugar. Add ricotta, lemon juice and zest.

Add flour, stir and pour in the milk.

Beat whites until stable peaks and gently introduced into the dough.

The dough spread in a greased pan and put the slices of apples, pressing them. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 175 degrees.
