Cooking
Sponge cake: first, beat the egg yolks with 0.5 tbsp. sugar,them add the flour. Whisk whites with remaining sugar and slowly introduced into the dough. Bake in the oven at 180-200 degrees, baking pan or form grease with butter(only the bottom!)

The nuts are crushed in a blender and sprinkled them to the top of the cake, the cake needs to soak in refrigerator at least 2 hours.
