Cooking

Beat egg whites until soft peaks form, gradually add sugar (100 g) and beat until thick peaks. Mix the meringue with coconut. Carefully spread the meringue with a spoon on the cheese in small portions, taking care not to flatten the filling, and spread it over the surface. Bake for another 15-20 minutes until the meringue dries.
Remove from oven and allow to cool. Cover the form with cling film and leave in the fridge for 4-6 hours.
