Cooking
Grind the blueberries into a puree in a blender, add the juice of one lemon.
Beat the yolks with sugar, add vanilla, starch.

For the cream whip the cream, add vanilla. Whip whites into stiff foam with powdered sugar and citric acid. Gently, by hand, with a whisk, mix the whites and the cream and also to clean the freezer for 2 hours.
To get the blueberry cheese ice cream and beat with a mixer. Also to do with ice cream. In the container put a spoon of ice cream on top of blueberry cream, blueberry, etc. to the end.
