Finally appeared in stores green asparagus. I like it better in white very often bitter, not guess... And green and in its raw form can be eaten, taste like beans. But my men prefer asparagus wrapped in bacon or ham.

Cooking
Clean the asparagus, wash. dry it on a towel and wrap 2 pieces of bacon(or ham). Form brush with olive oil, put the asparagus, top lubricated with olive oil again and a little pepper. Heat the oven to 200*, bake asparagus for 15 minutes.
For asparagus I made some round potatoes and made the sauce: 1 egg yolk, 1 tsp lemon juice, 2 cloves of garlic - mix in blender. Continuing to whisk, gradually add the 5 tbsp of olive oil. The sauce is ready season to taste with salt and pepper. Not everyone likes the distinctive taste of olive oil, I think it can be replaced and vegetable oil. Young potatoes can be boiled in "uniform" and to dip in the sauce. Delicious!
