What could be more delicious meat?? Of course, a lot. But what about in post? Comes to the aid of semolina. Offer a recipe of cutlets on the basis of semolina and onions. For the contest "Fast from Moulinex".

Cooking
3 onions finely chopped. Lightly fry until Golden brown (if the kids don't like onions, it is better to keep it visible)
Remove from the heat. Transfer to a bowl, add semolina, flour, mix well. Molded cutlets, roll in flour and fry on both sides.
Chop the carrots and the remaining onion. Here I like larger. Add the meatballs (I did not misplace it in a pot, although it is possible). Fry a couple of minutes.
Pour water to cover the chops to 3/4. Add salt, spices and herbs. Cover with a lid and stew within 10 min. Here the most important not to overdo that burgers don't seethe.
Serve with any side dish, I use braised meatballs with vegetables.
