Mushroom tart with young onions
Offer to bake a delicious, hearty, flavorful pie with a juicy stuffing from young, green onions, mushrooms and cheese!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Butter

    180 g

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Soda

    0.75 tsp

  • Green onions

    2 coup

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Adyghe cheese

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Chilled butter to grind the flour into fine crumbs. Add sour cream and soda.

Knead elastic, not tight dough. Wrap in cling film and put into the freezer for 20 minutes.

Prepare the stuffing. Green onions finely chop.

Lightly fry in vegetable oil. Add the chopped mushrooms and fry all together until Golden brown. Allow to cool.

To onion-mushroom mixture, add crumbled hands soft cheese and grated on a coarse grater cheese. Adjust salt to taste and pepper. Mix well.

Chilled roll out the dough and carefully transfer to greased with vegetable oil form (I have 20 cm in diameter). Moulded skirting, cut the extra dough.

Spread the filling and pour the beaten eggs. Put in a preheated 180 degree oven for 5 minutes so that the eggs are "grabbed".

Remove pie from oven and decorate the cake with mushrooms, feathers of green onions. From the remnants of dough to make leaves or anything else and also to decorate a cake.

Cover pie with foil and bake it in the oven for another 30 minutes.
