Description
Yesterday I made these snails for her husband to, first, to suck up (very necessary), and secondly... Yes, just so, to make a nice person. After all my experiments with sweet cakes, which he bravely endured, it is truly a "man's" recipe. And though I, of course, America is not open, but this roll is different from similar available sa website. Come on in, help yourself, it's delicious!

Cooking
To prepare the filling, we need the following products.
Onions finely chop, fry in butter until Golden brown, add finely chopped vertino and fry for a few minutes.
Add the tomato paste, oregano (I had dried), salt and pepper, fry for two to three minutes.
Beat eggs with a whisk, add milk, flour with baking powder, salt and sunflower oil. All a good stir.
The batter is poured on a baking tray lined with baking paper, and bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes. The main thing is not to overdry the dough. I baked it for 16 minutes and it was already on the verge, look at the oven.
Ready case to turn on the towel, if you feel that the dough is a little dry and it's brittle, towel wet, wrap it in the dough with a roll and immediately expand back.
On the dough spread the filling and roll roll. Press loaf with your hands, it needs to be tight.
With a sharp knife to cut the finished roll into pieces with a width of about 1 cm. Cut it carefully without pressing the knife, namely, slitting back and forth motion.
The snails spread again on the baking sheet, brush with egg and place in the oven for another 5-7 minutes.
