Cooking

step-0
To prepare the filling, we need the following products.
step-1
Onions finely chop, fry in butter until Golden brown, add finely chopped vertino and fry for a few minutes.
step-2
Add the tomato paste, oregano (I had dried), salt and pepper, fry for two to three minutes.
step-3
Beat eggs with a whisk, add milk, flour with baking powder, salt and sunflower oil. All a good stir.
step-4
The batter is poured on a baking tray lined with baking paper, and bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes. The main thing is not to overdry the dough. I baked it for 16 minutes and it was already on the verge, look at the oven.
step-5
Ready case to turn on the towel, if you feel that the dough is a little dry and it's brittle, towel wet, wrap it in the dough with a roll and immediately expand back.
step-6
On the dough spread the filling and roll roll. Press loaf with your hands, it needs to be tight.
step-7
With a sharp knife to cut the finished roll into pieces with a width of about 1 cm. Cut it carefully without pressing the knife, namely, slitting back and forth motion.
step-8
The snails spread again on the baking sheet, brush with egg and place in the oven for another 5-7 minutes.
step-9
Ready, help yourself!
step-10
Bon appetit!
