Carrot pate with peanuts
This tasty and unusual dish is absolutely simple. And ingredients it the easiest.

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    250 g

  • Peanuts

    50 g

  • Soy sauce

    15 ml

  • Spices

    1 tsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

Carrots to wash and peel.

Cut into rings.

Folded into a saucepan, pour the olive oil, add Provencal herbs and pressed garlic. Cook, covered, over very low heat until soft, about 15 - 20 min.

Then add naturally brewed Kikkoman soy sauce and cook for another 3 minutes.

Peanut (I have the salt) and place in a blender.

Add the cooked carrot and grind.

Pour the cream. Beat again blender. Thickness of paste can be adjusted according to your taste with cream, adding a little more or less.
