Sausages grilled with sauerkraut
As cabbage stew, many people know, I want to offer You to get acquainted with the marinade for shpikachki, frankfurters, sausages etc. Light taste of honey combined with mustard to give a unique taste and aroma.

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    0.5 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Salt

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

  • Black pepper

    5 piece

  • Sausages

    4 piece

  • Tomato paste

    3 Tbsp

  • Parsley

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Onion cut into quarters rings, carrots cut into segments and fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown.

Cabbage chop as desired, add salt and fry until Golden brown. Then add a little water and simmer for about 20 minutes.

To make the marinade for shpikachki.Stir until smooth honey, mustard, black pepper, red pepper, salt.

Pork wash, dry. Coat all sides with marinade and leave at least 30 minutes, longer is better.

In the cabbage, add the tomato paste, roasted vegetables, dried herbs, Bay leaf, black pepper and peas, simmer until tender(~10min.).

Preheat the pan-grill, fry sausages on a dry pan and high heat for 3-4min. on each side, then cover, reduce heat and cook for about another 10min. Serve with steamed cabbage. Bon appetit!
