Cooking
Cottage cheese RUB with softened butter (butter is not flushing!).
Add the sifted flour, mix until a homogeneous mass consistency.
Refrigerate at least 4 hours. I made the dough in the evening and only a day of hell.
Chilled dough velvety in the seam thickness 1 cm, cut it in round shapes of different diameters of pellets in two sizes.
Cakes to grease one side with the beaten egg and sprinkle with sugar.
Little cakes to put on large, top - twist, to put pressure on it with your finger. Put the tarts on a baking sheet, greased with margarine. Put in refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Bake in the oven for 25 – 30 minutes at 180-200 C until Golden brown. All! Cheesecakes are ready! Bon appetit!!!
