Pie with broccoli, quinoa and cheese
Offer to make pie dough filled with Circassian cheese, broccoli and quinoa.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    320 g

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Salt

    1 piece

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Parsley

    30 g

  • Quinoa

    100 g

  • Adyghe cheese

    300 g

  • Broccoli

    450 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Cream

    220 ml

  • Oregano

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

    1 tsp

To make this cake I used quinoa from TM "Mistral".

My quinoa, put into a pan, add water in the ratio 1:2, bring to a boil, lower the fire and cook about 17 minutes (until quinoa has absorbed all the water). I give quinoa to cool.

In a bowl, combine the sifted flour, egg yolk, soft butter, salt, parsley, with the help of a blender mix the "emerald" dough. Remove the dough in a package and placed in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

Prepare stuffing. In a bowl combine crumbled Adygea cheese, broccoli, eggs, onion, diced, oregano, cream, salt and ground black pepper to taste. The ingredients was crushed and stirred with a blender.

Add the cooled cereal, mix. The stuffing is ready.

I bake a pie in a ceramic form in diameter 28 see Form grease with vegetable oil, from dough molded base with sides, with a fork pierce the dough.

Bake base in a preheated 190 degree oven for about 15 minutes.

Spread the filling to the Foundation.

Bake pie in a preheated 190 degree oven until Golden brown ( in my oven the cake was baked 45 minutes). Bon appétit!
