Cooking
Prepare the sourdough. In warm boiled water to pour semolina and stir.
Add the yeast, salt, sugar (to taste), flour and all mix well. Leave the dough at least 3 hours. It is also possible to prepare it later in the evening and leave on the table overnight and in the morning for Breakfast to make pancakes.
Here's the dough after 3 hours I had. Add the egg, vegetable oil and knead thoroughly. Can the egg first, beat, then add in the yeast mixture. The dough should be as liquid sour cream, so if you have a batter, add flour, and if a thick - boiling water.
Bake pancakes on both sides in a dry pan. Each finished pancake roll with butter. From this number of products I get 10-12 pancakes. Don't like cold pancakes, so bake so little. Especially the pancakes turn out thick and very rich.
