Cooking
To prepare the dough. I have a special for croissants, but you can pick up and puff puff. Each layer needs a little roll out and cut into triangles.
Cottage cheese mixed with fine cane sugar "Mistral". Small sugar is well-suited to the fact that it will quickly dissolve when cooking and gives the filling a creamy taste.
To prepare the raspberries. I have frozen. Pre-defrost is not necessary.
On the edge of each triangle put the cottage cheese and raspberries.
Twist croissants, brush with egg yolk and bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees until Golden brown. To get the croissants out of the oven and once hot, brush with apricot jam and sprinkle almond lepestkami. Serve with tea!
